ABSTRACT
Introduction:
Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is a common condition of the female reproductive system where the organs of the pelvis shift or descend. These organs include the uterus, intestines, urinary bladder, and vaginal vault. During pregnancy, the prolapse of the uterus can potentially lead to serious challenges. In this article, the impact of pelvic organ prolapse during pregnancy is examined. Possible complications and the importance of psychological support for pregnant individuals with POP are analyzed.

Methods:
Various methods for managing pelvic organ prolapse during pregnancy are provided through a narrative search, including conservative options and surgical interventions.

Results:
The results of managing pelvic organ prolapse during pregnancy are examined, taking into consideration the health of both the mother and the fetus.

Conclusions:
The prevention and management of pelvic organ prolapse during pregnancy require a careful approach and collaboration among healthcare professionals, with a focus on meeting the needs of each woman.
